Unfortunately, no, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final if The Big Mat has been cut or customized in any way.

Refunds are not provided for mats that have been custom cut or previously used.

If a return is requested and approved, you (the buyer) must pay postage to have the items shipped back.

What size of The Big Mat cutting mat do I need for my cutting table?

The Big Mat is available in 10 different sizes, each of which can be custom cut to best accommodate varying workspace requirements. The listed Big Mat sizes are based on the overall dimension of The Big Mat. The inside grid is a different measurement.If you are unsure of which size of The Big Mat is right for your workspace, please email us with the dimensions of your table(s) so that we can determine the best option.

We currently offer free cut-downs on mats. If any grid numbers are lost during the cut-down, we will provide you with the necessary amount of adhesive rulers needed to replace those numbers. We do our best to be as accurate as possible.

Tips using The Big Mat

  • We recommend using an Olfa 45MM Blade that can be loosened. Tight blades create scoring cut marks.
  • Use The Big Mat Scraper, as needed, to reseal any cut marks.
  • Do not iron directly on The Big Mat as they are made of plastic and may melt.
  • Do not re-reroll The Big Mat for storage after it's been cut on.
  • If space is limited, you may use a wool ironing mat on top of The Big Mat, at your own discretion.
  • Keep your mat away from hot surfaces including candles, furnaces, and fireplaces.
