Product Care:

  • Please read and follow the directions that are provided with The Big Mat.
  • We recommend using an Olfa 45MM Blade that can be loosened. Tight blades create scoring cut marks.
  • Use The Big Mat Scraper, as needed, to reseal any cut marks.
  • Do not iron directly on The Little Big Mat as it is made of plastic and may melt.
  • Do no re-roll The Little Big Mat for storage after it’s been cut on.

  • All sales are final if The Big Mat has been cut or customized in any way.
  • Refunds are not provided for mats that have been custom cut or previously used.
  • If a return is requested and approved, you (the buyer) must pay postage to have the items shipped back.
